Heh, the upcoming split, (if approved by that Aust fed govt agency, or the courts), already leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
Yes, BP has the right to do anything they wish for commercial reasons, and QF will be their partner, but still, bonus points in the BPVA tie in was a good thing.

For those needing the T&C's:

Note carefully that it says fill up AND buy in-store at the same time (see my bolding in green), you can't get the bonus points from just filling up. So some chewing gum for the car was sufficient.

Note also it says no minimum spend (see my bolding in red). So a "splash and dash" at multiple sites each with an in-store purchase will get me 250 points each time. So for me, a $5 fill and the cheapest thing in-store will meet the conditions (as there is no minimum spend). Looks like I'll be visiting my local BP (about 1.5kms away) regularly until 2 September

Interesting, I rechecked my email, after initially smiling with glee.....and still am.....mine is without the Instore condition......I think I can just do multiple 2litre fills for the period........well at least for a couple of thousand points.....

We got a version of this offer - 200 bonus points for buying any type of fuel (no minimum) till Sept 3. When I initially read the offer, I thought it was a once off - but after reading the fine print, I think it is unlimited. I rarely use this Velocity card (usually use mine) . Hubby will be buying petrol daily till Sept 3 now.

My offers have tended to be pts per litre, but partner is pts per fill. Lucky - Can choose between each one. They pool to me anyways

I got offered the 6pts/litre for ultimate (my car is diesel so use ultimate diesel anyway).

Coles had me at 10c/l discount (to bring thier Vpower diesel back to some reasonable price) but that offer expired so back to BP!

Well I scored an easy 500 bonus points by simply doing what I would normally do and leave little presents in my wife's car (from the shop). Brownie points for filling up her car were incalculable

I'm lucky that I fill up both our car and my work car at my local BP's - my wife is almost weekly whereas I am less often, but I should be able to eke out some more bonus points from BP and VA - a nice little earner.
