Bit of a gripe for the Virgin team readers......

Why is it, that booking from an iPhone (via the internet) attracts a higher fare than booking from the office computer (via the internet)?

Hi swanning_it

It includes the $4.50 per sector credit card surcharge up front rather than waiting until payment confirmation.

I think it's far more transparent than other airlines booking sites.

Ok, so what if I want to pay with the poli whatsit? Thats available isn't it?

Not from your iPhone (or your Mac for that matter). Poli requires special software and it's only available for Windows desktop computers.
