book the cook with Singapore Airlines

I have an interesting (first world!) issue: I'm flying on Singapore Airlines Business Class from Sydney to Singapore and I would like to 'book the cook' - however the flight was booked through Lufthansa and I appear to be unable to 'manage my booking' through the Singapore Airlines website (when i try it tells me to go to the partner airline site). I can find my flight on the Lufthansa site but this appears not to provide any link to the 'book the cook' facility. Can anyone help me?

Best way is the old fashioned way .... Call. Just look up your options beforehand and then call armed with your choice.
