Best way EU to Cuba to Galapagos to AU

I'm seeking ideas in getting from Europe to Cuba and then hopefully the Galapagos and then home to AU. Hopefully with redemptions (SQ, VA and QF available). Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

So many variables here... what class of travel? Dates?

At a quick glance, you could fly Iberia from Europe to Havana using QF points and then pick up an SQ redemption back to Australia from the Galapagos Islands. Maybe using QF points to fly LA from Cuba to Galapagos? Or KrisFlyer miles to fly Avianca/Copa?

You could go Guayaquil (bounce from here to Galapagos as the flights from Quito all stop here on the way) down to SCL on LATAM and then SCL to SYD on QF?

A friend went into Havana from London (Gatwick I think) on Virgin Atlantic.

I can’t help ex Europe as I went in SYD-MEX-HAV and exited HAV - YVR - JFK.
