Best Priority Pass lounges for these locations?

On our four week trip to Europe starting Dec 13, we will not have access to Qantas or other airline-specific lounges. We have access to Priority Pass lounges and some of the ‘Plaza Premium’ ones via AMEX Platinum.

Looks like there are a few choices under Priority Pass for some of our stops. Is anyone familiar with the lounges in these airports and whether any of these options are significantly better than the others?

• HKG - Terminal 1: Departing on LH the first time and on Cathay the second time. From the reviews it would seem that the Plaza Premium lounge in the western hall is better than the 'eastern' one of the same name...
• ARN (Stockholm) - Terminal 5: Flying Stockholm to Tallinn with LOT, so I assume it is the Schengen ones we'd be using. There appears to be the choice of 'Menzies Business Lounge' or 'Menzies Executive Lounge'.
• St Petersburg - Flying to Frankfurt with LH. Seems there is an 'Aeroflot Lounge' and a 'Business Lounge' on both Levels 3 and 4...

HKG Plaza Premium near gate 40 is ok but note very small choice of beers and think no spirits.
