Best economy seats on B777 to LAX

Hi All,
Myself and my future wife will be travelling in Y on VA2 to LAX in October, returning on VA1 in November;

Thanks to a conveniently timed Happy Hour + a discount code, we got flights for around $950 return each in Y.

I've had a search to no avail, just wondering, what would be the best seats in Y for this journey? I'm a VA Gold if that helps get me further up the Y rows.

Row 20, ABC or the other side are the best if you can get them. Avoid DEF, since you'll get step on by someone too lazy to go back a few rows to cross between the aisles.

Other than that I like anything 24 or forward.
