Hong Kong was a certainty, BA Singapore flights will offer less connections post-March 31. CX has already announced increased frequencies between HKG-LHR so there will be a lot more seats coming on line.

And it is definitely bookable right now. I was booking a CDG-SYD with AAward last night and BA25 LHR-HKG 388 was definitely available.

Just had a quick look and there award seats available for the inaugural LHR-LAX 15 October flight, for J and Y only. In J its 50K AA or 78K QF points, you're call ;)

LHR via HKG is looking better everyday.

If you like your lounges this route is pretty hard to beat in the OW network. Cream of the crop in terms of OW FC lounges....particularly if you fly F out of LHR.

All QF needs is an arrivals lounge and a mixed QF/BA route via HKG is looking very good. Add a stopover both ways and you've got the HKG arrival too :p

There are rumours they will do some LHR-MAD runs before they make their long haul debut. BA claims they will not do revenue runs, but methinks the capacity of an A380 would be a good strike breaker when Iberia goes on its monthly strike!

Note that AA includes fuel surcharges for BA operated award flights. So AA awards on BA are significantly worse "value" than those operated by QF, CX, MH etc.
