Anyone else having problems with VA flights on Trip It and Flight Tracker Pro?

I've been having trouble with my VA flights with not all the details appearing in Trip It (flight number doesn't show), and subsequently not showing up in Flight Tracker?

Am I doing something wrong?
 
How did you get your itin into TripIt? I email them the pdf itinerary and that works.
 
Yes I email them in as well.

I have re sent them all and it has fixed them all bar one.

Flight Tracker on the phone is now ok as well, but on the ipad it's still a mess.
 
There's two ways to get feedback to TripIt if itinerary information isn't loading correctly:

1) Once your itin is imported, there should be a rating bar available on the website to vote on how accurate the info was. You can also leave a note on what wasn't there or issues, and this feedback is sent to the team for review.

2 - and the best method) Submit a request via their help site, uploading a copy of the itin and explaining what information didn't come in at all/correctly. This creates a support ticket, and is trackable in case they don't improve or things are still a problem.

There's also a third way, but that involves writing a comprehensive blog post on their issues, sending this through to their PR company, and waiting for the relevant Exec. Vice President to be alerted and respond (best only after several months of communication and frustration where they refused to fix basic issues and usability problems).

I get a slightly different problem.

When I submit a confirmation email (Gallileo) from our work travel agent it creates DJ flights as VA (not sure why, as it has the DJ flight code in there) and that means that Trip It Pro doesn't monitor the flights.

So I always submit the confirmation (so I have my hotel in Trip It) then I delete the flights, and resend myself a confirmation from the Virgin site for the flights, then forward that to Trip It.

Bit painful but haven't got anything else to work.
