I had a quote from them once, which the agent then subsequently forwarded to me from his gmail address "to make sure I got it"!

Needless to say, gmail as a business tool set alarm bells ringing and I opted for more traditional forms of booking.

I was one of the people who started one of these threads. I did quite abit of back and forwards with the company via emails and could never get any sort of timely reply and answer to my questions and everything was giving me a funny feeling. I eventually pulled out in favour of paying a bit more but actually being able to sit at someones desk and speak to them face to face
