Any experiences with special meals in premium/biz?

Just curious to know if it's the same special meals offered in economy? Also, can you order off the premium menu if the special meal isn't up to scratch? Cheers!
 
Well I found out for myself.

Here's the premium Vegan meal. The fruit and salad were dry, but the veggie curry was really good!

Here's what I enjoyed in J last year..... It was delicious and very well plated. The coffee was AWESOME.
