Any couples where both people are Platinum One?

I was chatting to a friend recently who is Platinum in their own right (not because of P1 of partner) and has a partner who is Platinum One.

We were musing about whether there would be couples where both people are Platinum One in their own right. Figuring there may be people here in that category, or who know people in that category I thought I'd ask?

So, any very airborne couples here?

So we have three known couples with both as 'WP' but nobody owning up to or knowing a couple where both are 'WP1' - interesting.

Mr FM and I are both Platinum and we even had two years where youngest daughter was WP as well. We will never see the dizzy heights of P1 (and in fact this is probably our last year as WP, as we are flying random carriers from now on).

My 15YO son is impressed at getting Silver in his own right this year, two overseas trips just falling on the same SC year.

I do know there is a family on AFF where all are in Emerald city. Not sure about WP1 though.

Princess Fiona is WP1 and her partner is WP in his own right.

no it wasn't depressing - we took her with us on a few holidays, so it was fun. All our travel is leisure, none of this work stuff. Our son was the first of the ankle biters to get status - gold when he was 9, although I know there are kids on here who achieved that (or platinum) as babies.

No, if it is holidays I'm impressed and a little envious!!!

My WP is largely accumulated through discount economy domestic travel for work [largely CBR-SYD or CBR-MEL] - getting three family members to WP that way would probably be a little worrying!

Mrs Platinum One is WP, currently sitting on 2490 SC's with a reset in May. All self funded or co-travel with me and kids.

Miss 11yo is Gold, sitting on 900 SCs and had a couple of years as WP. 5200 lifetime SC's.

Both Master 8 and Master 6 are lowly Silver!

So this has me interested - what about family life time status? Who has the most family members with Life time status? We currently have 1 LTG and 2 LTS and Master FM and Ms FM will get LTS by end May with current flights booked. I am sure there must be others with more than that

About two years ago I flew with a couple who were both CLP1s in their own right. Respective jobs gave the CL status (and still does), work and personal travel international and domestic, always J or F, saw them earn P1 without a drama - albeit irrelevant as CL is better. I know he is still CLP1 but not sure about her. I see them regularly but rarely when checking in for flights, sadly!

Myself and Mrs downgraded are both LTG. Were both WP for 4-5 years. I still am. Mrs D. has done all of 2 domestic flights in the last 12 months!

Yes, I do know a couple who are both P1 - and both LTG.
(Only one of them is an AFF member - although the other also reaps the benefits!)
