An Interesting Survey with Academic Contribution - for FRequent Flyers!

Dear frequent flyer!
As a part of my Masters Degree at the Australian National University, I am conducting an online survey to explore the design of reward programs and what drives redemption of reward points in frequent flyer programs. The survey is purely for academic purposes and is not funded by any commercial entity. The survey has been kindly approved by the administration of australianfrequentflyer.com.au (and also by the university).

Your potential contribution, as a valuable member of a frequent flyer program, would be very valuable for this research project. The survey will take only about 10-15 minutes of your time to fill. All the information provided will be treated with confidentiality and will be used strictly for academic purposes.

The survey does not seek names or any other identity and therefore subsequent academic use of data has no risk of identifying any respondent. Zafar - I'm more than happy to participate in this survey, but I note there's no mention in the survey if the relevant ethics approvals have been granted for this research exercise (sorry, fmr. university executive, old habits die hard).

Can you confirm if ANU requires ethics approval for these kinds of research, and if so has it been granted.
