Amex Card with 3 MR Points per $ of Overseas transaction ?

Does American Express have any credit or charge card that offers 3 MR points per $ spend overseas ?
I see Amex Plat personal offers 3 MR per $ spent on Australian Resturants.
I searched their whole site but could not find anything as such but just checking if there is any hidden card or a hack or trick to get this.

I was thinking that since they offer 3 MR points on Australian resturants, they could might as well offer 3MR points on overseas transactions since they earn like 3% commission so more money on such transactions.

On some cards, you get 2MR per dollar on the basis of the 3% currency conversion fee.

Yes. Thats correct. At the moment, I earn 2MR points via AmexPlat. I wish Amex offers 3MR points for Forex Conversions

Citi Prestige offers the equivalent of 2.5 MR on foreign transactions for 3.4% fee.
