Advice for my Mother in HKG - Lounge access

My mother and her partner will be in HKG and I'd love for her to experience a lounge before departing.

Do any of you lovely folk know of the best lounge (Paid for) to access?

She has a 3 day stopever before continuing to Europe Flight is at Midnight so wanted her to experience some relaxed bliss before flying

The Plaza Premium paid for lounges are not that special and not cheap either. Perhaps one of the restaurants?

Stump up the cash and put your mother in business or first class if you really want her to experience a lounge before departing.

Paid lounges in HKG are ordinary.
