Account locks/password resets?

Hi VFF team,

As posted in the main forum, I and at least a few other users had our accounts locked and then a forced password reset over the weekend (at least I think it was over the weekend).

Can you provide an explanation of why this occurred?

By the way, the password reset mechanism is not great, your IT security team should think about improving it!

Yeah, I know they have been absent in recent times. Just thought it was worth trying in the absence of a better avenue!
