AA lounge access using qantas club and flying A domestic US

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know the rules for access to AA lounges when flying A domestic and being a qantas club member. qantas website states that you can but when i check aa website it doesn't refer to qantas club.

any experiences??

AFAIK you can access AA Admiral's Clubs if a QC member, and if your ongoing flight is on AA. Friends definitely did it about 6 years ago. I don't think I visited the US as a paid QC member so no personal experience.
 
Hi. You'll be fine. In February I had no issue at LAX& DFW in Y as a QP. I got an extra drink voucher at both lounges. The dragon said it was an extra touch extended to QPs
 
yeah i'm a QB and QC member, i will be a QG once i finish my Done4. what about the lounge in Miami??? and the rest of the US

Correct. Qantas Club members get a drink chit when arriving. If you want more, just go back and ask politely for another.

Basic beers and spirits are complimentary, only the top shelf stuff requires the chit. Of course, a tip often ensures a generous pour as well ;)
