Hry everyone :)

New member to the forum been a lurker for a little while. Decided to join after reading through status run threads and wanted to jump into the discussion.

I've been travelling quite a bit for holidays and I don't see any reason to stop any time soon.

Very eager to continue to learn about all things FF :) to fly the globe on the discount, in luxury while hoarding points and gaining status.

My points goal reward is fairly modest, one or two RTW tickets in FC with SQ. My personal travel goal is to just travel, fly with great airlines and see new places. So whenever ever I can find high yield cheap flights I'm interested.

I'm planning my first status run for 2019 which I'll combine into a holiday. 2020 will be the first year where I do a pure status/points run and holiday somewhere else in the year.

Edit: added a few more things about why I'm here and what I want to do.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Welcome

However unfortunately this is not so easy to achieve.
1/ SQ does not in itself fly RTW, and so you would to include their *A partners
2/ Even then to gain F on all sectors very difficult for one, morseo for two. You may need some open-jaws.

J will be much easier.

Actually, you could now fly RTW on SQ metal but not in F all the way. MEL-SIN-FRA-JFK/EWR-SIN-MEL. I've thought about it but could not face the long sector from NY-SIN. In fact, F24 reported that the new NS from NY SQ21 had actually flown East from EWR a couple of times all the way across the Atlantic and Europe due to the winds. So an actual RTW with one stop.
