Hi Brainstrust,

I've been convinced that for various reasons I won't go in to here, that it is worthwhile turning my weekend SYD>MEL>SYD trip in to an SC run to attain P1. And by weekend, I mean this weekend. Now, I know it's short notice, but unfortunately there was a last minute business trip cancellation leaving me tantalisingly close to P1 and one step closer to LTG.

I am looking to depart SYD anytime after 3pm on the 27th March to arrive in Melbourne later that evening or early on the morning of the 28th of March where I am staying that night in Melbourne. Sunday the 29th (preferably afternoon) Monday the 30th and Tuesday the 31st can be dedicated to the SC run and the only other fixed element is arriving back in SYD in the evening of the 31st of March. I'm not averse to international, long haul or red-eyes if it helps positioning to reduce overall costs.

Assuming about $8/SC, budget is approximately $2000-$2500, but obviously anything cheaper would be spectacular.

Thanks in advance.

Simplest is MEL-SYD-CGK-SYD for 280 SCs.

Just checked and unfortunately being so last minute, the cost is almost 5K instead of 2K....

MEL-AKL in F will give you 240 SC for AUD 2526. The last 20 SC could be on a flexible MEL-SYD.
