2+ months, still no promotion points from Earth+

during augest this year, i applied earth + card for the 15000 qantas ff points.

now it has been 2 months+, i yet to receive it in my qantas ff account, and my daily spending points havn't come either.

just want to see if anyone else is on the same boat as me?

i called earth a few times, one time, they put me through to qantas, i was like WTF? it got nothing to do with qantas, but westpac earth...

oh well, now my case has been looking into by some custom relation people, hopefully i can get my points. i paid the damn annual fee, so better give it to me as promised. :evil:
 
Given your points for the spend aren't there, suggests that there is something wrong in the transfer to your account (FF number, surname etc). Something for Earth to troubleshoot I would have thought.
 
when i received my qantas number, i called earth straight way to notify them my number.

a few weeks later, i received a letter said they havn't received my number yet, so i called again, and the person who answered my phone calls said they got the number already, and repeat it back to me, which is correct.

i am hoping there is just a simply computer issue. but man, i want my points in my pocket, no in the bank :)


edit: guess what, i got a phone call back, and the lady on the phone told me they don't have my qantas ff number /faint =.=/

anyway, hopefully sometime next week, i will get my points.

Note that the T&C nramlly say a set number of weeks (8? 10?0 after the qyalaifying spend (3 transactions??) has been done.

So on what date did you complete the specified number for your deal?

when i received my card, i used it about 10 times in 3 days, so i am safe there.
