Anyway I just sent it off and it displayed 'Timestamp 22 July 2011' Very sophisticated....

The application clearly states that it is applicable to primary card holders! Given this, together with the fact a supplementary card holder has no authority to deal with account (except to charge purchases to the card), I doubt it would be possible.
