Assuming JL51 runs on the next day 25/12 - I would suggest you ask for that flight to move from the rewards escalation email. I have had great resolution from them on the two times I've had to email them (FYI they took between 3-5 days to respond and call me to make the changes).

Pretty sure you are fine. The QF email itinerary function is known to resend old etickets even though new ones have been reissued. This is the case for me currently - the MH / RJ app/website shows me the current eticket numbers (and issue date on MH app) and flights which is in the Qantas MMB...

Just to add as additional data points, on my ticketed OWA for mid this year, since Dec 2022, I've had about 3 instances of carrier initiated changes from aircraft change, to arrival time changes (some by 15-30mins to 2 hrs). I've managed to accept those changes online and the e-ticket was issued...

As I feared... alas this OWA trip has a confirmed/ticketed QR leg which gives me hesitation to make any changes.
