Yes, the one for Hyatt worked for me, even if its through HOTEL COLLECTION, if paid at Hotel, it works.

Not at all! There are still plenty of rooms available. That's a excellent idea, I should try that next time.

My recent FHR and Hotel Collection experiences are not that nice. The only time I got upgraded a room was during covid at TASMAN in Hobart. Other hotels (in Australia) booked through FHR they all shared the same excuse: we are fully booked, and refused the upgrade.

Can the hotel offer used if I book through hotel collection and pay at hotel? This time the term & conditions didn't mention about restrictions.

Went there Yesterday night for dinner. 2 people for $97, after the 50% discount. Honestly, not very recommended. The atmosphere and surroundings are perfect, but the food... Just around 50/100. Beef wellington is very dry for a medium rare. The chips are fantastic, other foods are just normal...
