They were basically clearing out old labels from what I know, and they were actually getting double the amount of money selling them through auctions. I ended up with two 6L bottles. BWS clearance is very empty at the moment, basically 75% of wine on clearance went straight back to full price...

I enjoy their Grenache, I bought 6/6 of the Grenache and Shiraz for under $15 a bottle at nearby BWS. Great wines.

What do people expect? They allow the fair share of abuse of codes, personally I wouldn't be having too much of a cry about it myself. I would simply return the wine, no big deal.
