Sorry for the delay. This was a post from last year. I didn’t receive the package for Silver or Gold. Eventually got the Platinum ones after I had to contact Velocity for another matter and mentioned that nothing had been received. They then came with a week or two.

Have had the Croque twice now. First time (Bne - Syd) on 31 July and it felt like it needed more oven time. Second time (Bne - Syd) on 6 August was an improvement (and I didn’t mind it being a “little over”).

Flew BNE-MEL return on the weekend and was seated in 1F on both legs. Was surprisingly served first on both legs. Not really sure why. Had the egg and bacon quesadilla on the way down, but passed on lunch service on the way home.
