Anybody knows, if Qantas has your money for 2 years as a credit....When finally they refund your money, would they give you exactly the same amount or it should have some interest earned during those 2 years... I was refunded same amount... I thought it should have a couple of dollars on top 🤔

Oh my.. it seems like a nightmare .I noticed the fares are in usd and lot more expensive. I am willing to pay a bit more, but I would like the certainty of been able to go on the day without to much hassle..All the best

It seems that way, they don't care about the customer choice though, but I am wondering if Qantas will ever go that route again....I have always chosen Qantas and I don't particular like Latam, but what else can we do...

I can believe how frustrating this can be...Flight centre is no much help either, they said "leave it with me, I'll be in touch".. I'll wait one more week and I will try the Office of fare trading. I wish you luck, I don't know if your flex airfare will make a difference...let us know.

Thank you...and...I posted on Qantas Facebook page , asking for answers after explaining my situation and asking why they happily take money from so many people knowing that they will cancel they flights and their dreams of seeing family and friends. ..and what are they waiting for before...
