    I was recently in the BNE Business Lounge and wanted to read a newspaper so I thought I would use the Press Reader app only to find it has been removed. Even the helpful ladies on the service desk didn’t know what has happened. Qantas seem to like removing services without telling anyone.

    Unfortunately I don’t know the call sign. It landed in Sydney on 20 Jul. It seems to be a known fault and Qantas don’t mind changing top dollar for substandard service and imply it’s a one off fault.
