Has anyone received the 5x Bonus points for using the new easy pay function? I haven’t received a thing in 2 weeks of use!

Note that the transaction on my credit card for the Everyday Pay comes up as unrecognised category. It means that I’m only getting base points instead of the correct number of points for using my card at a supermarket. Beware

There is zero intention to run anything in. This scenario makes me sick to the stomach! I genuinely wanted to understand OP’s rationale for wanting a swap given QR’s product is superior.

Why on earth would you have even asked to swap from a Qatar J class to a Qantas J class anyway? The former is a far superior product! Was it to save fees? Honestly perplexed why you would risk any interaction with incompetent Qantas call centre staff.

I already have the Bankwest account up to maximum allowed deposit to earn points. I opened a Qudos account the night I received the BOQ email.

I’ve informed them today that I will be closing this account on April 2nd. It’s pretty insulting really, and no incentive to keep anything in that account now.
