I was on that flight too. In 1A. I got a good view of the cm forgetting to turn the water pump off for the coffee pot and it overflowing during take off. Also Y got bottle of water handed out about an hour before landing so if anything they got better service then us.

At DRW. There is still a service desk as well as an integrated self drop off and staffed desk - for passengers having a problem dropping off by themselves but no proper check in as far as I could tell. Also no Q tags accepted at DRW.
