even when the flight is cancelled, and you are promised a refund, you won't see the money for many months, we are still waiting after 4 months, been given incorrect transaction ID, will continue to call them, not sure if ACCC can do anything in this case though

we've been waiting for 4 months, still ringing, still waiting.....

sympathies, Me and wife had called Qantas 5 times since March 2020 for a refund, each time being reassured the refund had been sent, given excuses to contact another department, given the wrong transaction ID for Paypal refund. there does not seem to be written replies through their website or...
