Thanks Mark. I should have seen that! I took the travelbank option since Q declined the refund. Then the flight didn’t operate. (It was Melb-Broome) and we were in Lockdown so I guess there were no passengers. Do you know whether that gives rise to a refund? The return leg is yet to occur but...
