    Flying LAX to YVR with VA (platinum) on booking. Checked in online; had to pay for bag. Digital boarding pass shows Premiere Access. The whole paying for seats that are not rows furthest back and paying for bags really feels down market from DL. Noticed this wording in the lounge access policy...

    living in the US I fly delta domestically a lot and buyung food and drinks (beyond water or coffee) in economy seems to be the full service proposition here. Free bag checkin with FF card etc. A free protein ball or crackers on VA hardly seems full service anyway!

    I’m more than happy to lose my velocity points so that employees get their entitlements. The stuff people are talking about in this thread is trivial compared to the suffering the employees are about to endure.
