Considering there are no award availability from any port in Australia to DXB for 2023, is it possible to book e.g. DXB to CAI in my case which shows plenty of J Class availability online or do I have to call up Qantas? It doesn't seem to work via the Qantas Site. I am planning to purchase...

There's availability from other origins outside of Australia. But there is ZERO availability across all classes from Sydney or Melbourne to Dubai. That's the issue at the moment.

Has anyone called Qantas? I would call if I didn't have to wait for over an hour to then most likely get cut off in between 😁

I started searching for premium cabins from 330+ days out but the complete removal of Y seats for anything in 2023 is strange and I have yet to contact Qantas Customer Service to determine if that is indeed the case. Nothing publicly has been mentioned either on the matter.

My specific date(s) are around April - Syd-DXB 8 April and then DXB-CAI 9 April and CAI-SYD 23 April Having said that I have tried any date in Feb-April and there are no EK Flights from Syd-DXB or I get a random error via Multi City Search.

I am getting the exact same error SYD-DXB-CAI throws the same http 400 error. If I do SYD-CAI I am forced to fly with Qatar Air via Doha which I don't want to do. Has anyone confirmed if this is a bug with the Qantas site?

I was able to snap up 2 seats in November this year to Dubai in Business but theres literally no flights in 2023 which seems odd.
