Ok, forget guarentee, what can I do to give myself the best chance of an exit row seat or if I'm really lucky an upgrade.

I'm flying to the UK in a few months. I'm 6 feet, 7 inches tall (203cm) - how do I 'guarentee' a good seat (ie exit row or upgrade) that will accommodate my tall frame?
