Did anyone receive the bonus points or status credits already after hitting the minimum spend? I hit it this weekend and got the opening bonus points from AMEX but no sign of the additional bonus yet.

Does anyone know if renewing Ambassador at hotel would still get me the 15k bonus points? Still have the Diamond expiry for end of 2024, trying to do one last bit of luck this week to renew it at a hotel and see if that gets extended to 2025.

Looks like Diamond can still be extended if you apply/renew at a physical IC location instead of online.

Not exactly. It says: "Tickets are non-transferable, non-reroutable and non-exchangeable (taxes and surcharges are refundable)." And the total amount you paid in the actual tickets are from carrier surcharge and taxes.

Thanks @Shinjetter! I'm becoming more confident that they would still offer the benefits. If you have Westpac, they have the partner code which gives at least 25% off the BFR. In the terms it says only for Australia/NZ properties but they actually also work for most hotels overseas.

Thanks @exceladdict. I guess it's a mixbag, I've seen some people posting about not getting benefits while booking with corporate code so I guess it comes down to the hotel. Anyway, I have messaged the hotel I'll be staying at regarding this so hopefully they come back with a positive answer!
