Flight credit is in euros. I'm trying to either use this flight credit for another ticket, exactly the same route and origin, or get a refund. The only way forward is via the call centre, but you can't get through, unless you wait on hold for hours, as many others have experienced.

Why are those who live abroad being excluded from this? I've been doing HEL-SYD via LHR return 2 - 4 times a year for years, and DSC has helped maintain P status. There's been a two year travel break, but it's starting up again and next trip will be in September. DSC has always been available...

Hello from the other thread - I've now generated 16 PNRs. Only one I have been able to pay for, the others all crashed at the payment page. The bookings stay visible for an hour or so and then dissappear.

I get the access denied message often too. It seems to clear after some time. Really annoying when you have entered all the information and then have to start again.

For me the bookings have all just now disappeared. Before when I clicked the My Bookings link I could see all the booking details, but there was no link where you could pay. It looked as if the ticket had been paid for.

Also I should have mentioned I am trying to book fully flexible tickets (H). The travel agent websites only allow you to book the cheapest fare.
