I'm trying to up my tier and am ~10k elite miles off and figuring out a route that'll get me there. Are elite miles earned based on distance flown, (ie you fly 10,000 you get 10,000 elite miles regardless of fare class) or is it based on the fare class you book? Does the 25% elite bonus apply...
