My card was approved on 31 May, and the welcome letter is dated 03 Jun. I suppose I’ll find out in week’s time when I receive my first statement ( I expect my statement month to be 03 Jun - 02 Jul). I’ll revert back here and provide an update, just in case.

We were there in late January. To be clear, its the Virgin lounge at domestic terminal near Gate 1 & 2. The lounge is upstairs with stairs and also a lift to take you there. The lounge itself is very nice and I echo the views of other posters here on how good it is despite its smallish size.

I've stayed there, great location, very nice lobby lounge and although interiors show some signs of ageing, its a great hotel. The westin at Martin place will be sorely missed.

Just curious, what happens if I achieve 80SC before the review date? What I am keen to know is if I accumulate say 150SC within 3 months of explore gold period, that extra 70SC in this example is counted as SC accumulated within full gold membership period?
