    I spoke to Customer Services today. Said the vouchers for the Wine and Hotel appear 21 days after your membership year restarts. Will see on 22nd Feb now! Yep mine were there within 24 hours after the membership year changed.

    Yes they have changed it. Qantas sent out an email saying you dont need to use the Qantas app to book Uber anymore. There was some dodgy software they insisted in having on the Qantas app to ensure the referrals from Qantas generated the points only, but then the crediting started to fail back...

    Their messenger service is some useless bot that tells you to update your Manage my Booking to add the request in. Mines been in on there for weeks now but says on the booking it's not available for these flights.

    Doing the QF10/95 PER MEL LAX combo shortly. I put child meals in the booking for my two but it says that they aren't available for either flight. Is this the norm being a supper departure? Just the Menu Select options looks a little sophisticated for their palate!

    Just called Qantas. They said its with their IT team overseas (and has been for 8 weks). They are seeing an email to see if they can get aprogress update. I expect they will seek to resolve everyone in one go - rather than individual ones. This may be going on for a while.

    I agree - those on the affected plane understand the issue and would be happy with what you say was done. What I take exception to is the poor traveling folk on the other side of the world, who +2 days later feel the ripple effect, and cop the brunt of having their flight cancelled, downgraded...
