This has happened to me before (platinum) - person sitting in my original seat was the club status (FA offered them a bottled water). Little annoyed as a platinum guest my desired seat was changed for ‘operational issues’ like that.

I just got my first double credited, and what would be a normal 15 credits posted as 30 for me. No system note or adjustment was given just as normal. Going to hit platinum now in two weeks given my usual 40SC per week is now 80!
