I actually realised this cancelled booking was booked during the October DSC promo in 2018. Has anyone ever cancelled a DSC flight and rebooked, and still managed to receive the bonus credits?

Does anyone know if you can use a flight credit from a previously cancelled flight and still qualify for this? I know this may have been covered off but I can't find anything in the terms and conditions that note it specifically.
