Not sure, because of the delay I asked for a refund from Award Logic, and a magical First Class Emirates popped up for only 220k Qantas points so I booked and travelled that. Business was still showing at around 2Million so I was very lucky to be awake in that 10 minute window!

Hello just an update. Contacted customer service where they advised that the payment bounced and the correct amount, minus the extra economy x prices were charged. Looks like they have sorted it out.
