Ah - no, as a few others have said. Last time I copped a multi pax swabbing there was 4 of us. Never seen it done anywhere else in the world. The issue is that if the first person has trace which is picked up, that potentially gets transferred to the other people who have the same swab rubbed...

No. New passport means you have to apply for a new ESTA. They are only valid for 2 years anyway.

Unless you can take advantage of an Uber offer like @mmchow a taxi is your best option. Limousine will be 30-40% higher cost and not much better.
