Just got out of hospital after a horrible experience.... Flew two Qantas flights at Xmas booked with a double status credit offer back in March I think - anyway, my regular SCs & points arrived next day and THEN, the very next day, without numerous emails and phone calls - the bonus SCs arrived...

I read the terms- every word. But as we know, Qantas will be the last to honour them, and they always do whatever suits their $$ grab, regardless how pernicious it is for customers... From long painful experience.

If it wasn't so serious we could laugh. My burning hatred for Joyce and all his cronies is at an all consuming level. For months we have tracked awards available, made fantastic family plans then suddenly everything disappeared.... Years & years accumualting pts, spending to get status, then...
