They used to have both saver and non-saver, which was clearly labelled, but they've recently updated their website. I haven't used it enough to keep track in the difference in redemption points.

Unfortunately AA is showing the same seats as Qantas.

Does anyone know when or how often Cathay reward seats become available to Qantas customers? I can several availability on CX's redemption portal but none of the flights are yet available on Qantas. Sometimes I wish I kept all my points with AsiaMiles instead of shifting everything to QFF :(

Unfortunately Cathay won't be able to help as they're not the ticket issuer, you will have to press with Qantas. You might need to be a bit forceful or give them a helping hand an explain the situation. These are the steps I took and worked for me, but it was an awfully frustrating experience...

No updates since my update from yesterday, they said it should be confirmed by Cathay within the next week. I wasn't hopeful at first but seeing how a few people here have had theirs sorted without any comms, I'm hoping it will come through. Otherwise, I will just cancel the whole trip altogether.
