Yes, I get an e-ticket with an 081 number. If I log into the QAN website (using MS Edge) my bookings appear. On the app though no bookings appear by default under Trips. When I try to add one using the Booking reference it fails with the msg I showed earlier.

Here's a thought. Let Virgin collapse if it is in fact badly run but then subject Qantas to pricing controls (as all monopolies should be) until such time as a competitor enters the market. Seems only fair on the basis of free marketing. :-)
