What MEL_Traveller stated is correct, however due to the way it needed to be rebooked, it was techncially a "cancel". They however have not charged me for this change. Hopefully stays that way. Gav

They have kindly cancelled my original award, and have rebooked me on the 19,500pt award. Just replying in case anyone else needs this info. There hasn't been any fee shown in my activity statement, but it was said that there may be a 3000pt charge when I called earlier. Gav

I have a BNE => HKG award flight that I booked in NOV for 30k Points, now its showing up as 19k Points. Would it be worth my time to call up and "re-book"? QFF WP if that makes a difference. Gav
