    What cheeses me off

Had to use the toilet in the Sydney J domestic lounge, by chance I used the same cubicle as Tuesday last week. I’m sure the cleaners don’t close the door and just do the floor and toilet. There was the same “stuff” on the wall in the same position. :( I should have mentioned it last time, but...

    General Medical issues thread

The result for my right eye is not so good, even the ophthalmologist said he wasn’t happy with the result. Before I had my left eye done, I needed glasses to read. Now I can read everything close, but subtitles on the tv are blurry, for example. So he has suggested another lens inserted over...

I got a request to review my booking at an Accor place in Christchurch for last Monday. I was in Christchurch but didn't stay at that hotel. Checked my Accor account, yep a room was booked and my amex was debited the amount for the room. I remember looking for places to stay, but I honestly...

Don’t know, but he also had something happening at the corner off his mouth as well. He runs around like crazy, dare say like the concussion issue a few years ago, he cleaned something up! He has been very hyperactive this afternoon after the drugs wore off, the toy mouse didn’t stand a...

Same corner Dunedin, photos 'snipped' down, Irishman Kris Meeke was the guest driver and he put on a show.... Celica is my friends, Barry and Fleur. He hasn't run a rally for 3 years, and did quite well in the end. Very interesting view on the event by Kris Meeke...

    Unusual airport taxi/transport experiences

Hama to Aleppo in Syria, very small taxi, we picked it up at a taxi station, the driver tried to get two more passengers into the back seat just after leaving the statIon and was annoyed when we said no, us and our bags barely fitted. Road was very good, the speedo needle was bouncing of the...

Wasn’t meant to be here as I was meant to be going Canberra, Melbourne, Christchurch, Dunedin, starting at a way too early 06:05 from Canberra. I received messages last night at 10:00 pm saying ‘computer says no’. I didn’t see the messages until I woke at 04:00. Now I was going to Sydney, then...

    General Medical issues thread

My mother was like that, never any chemo, but she had to be so careful as she would bruise so easily, and then a simple knock would split the skin, of course she was a very keen gardener, so her arms were always covered in blotches and bandaids!
