Well a week later they finally replied and said I hadn't paid the tax yet which is not true. I'm outside Australia now and QF number here is only available office hours. Does anyone know an Australian number I can call to reach QF from outside Australia? I tried one I found but it wouldn't connect.

I think I almost booked a ticket on it yesterday. I was through to selecting seats and noticed the odd layout. But then had to change to the next day and it was back to the regular layout.

Wondering if VA might be doing something similar. Just flew adl dps in J and looking to book for next year and can't see anything for any dates at all from June onwards (possibly earlier but haven't checked)

My current gripe is that I booked a flight with a credit and now when I try and manage it the website takes me into the page for redeem your credit. If I click on the select seats button it just brings up generic error. So now Im on the phone to them because the website wont let me select a seat.

When I checked in at FRA I got boarding passes with SQ flight numbers. I had no problems getting into the KrisFlyer Gold lounge at SIN.
