When you book online the hotel will process the card payment manually shortly before the check in date. Just call the hotel and ask them to process the transaction.

It seems only some room types have the discount. Hilton probably auto upgraded the room due to your status. Ridiculous the sale rate is 160 v 114.

I would think these cards are relatively easy to hack, the expiry dates on mine are all the same and the card numbers appear t o be sequential. All one needs to do is guess one of the 999 combinations for the cvv number or the easier option would be to remove them from the shelf in HN take them...
