yes, I agree with you cabin comparison 100%. a telling indicator is when they come to your seat to take an order for dinner for eg. the qantas guys have a list, and adress you, "Mr <look down, check list> (insert name her)" where as on Singapore they just remember. A nice touch. Would be nice...

I could accept that a reserved set being reserved for some-one being valid, And would accepted that as fair, except when it can be "unreserved" and given to me for $1100.00. Thats kinda like extortion.
